Role Description The Student Success Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for supporting dental students and early-career professionals throughout their mentorship journey, ensuring they clearly understand programs, timelines, and next steps. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting one-on-one guidance sessions, responding to student inquiries, and providing proactive follow-ups to help learners stay on track with their education and career plans.

The Student Success

Manager will collaborate with mentors and internal teams to coordinate training sessions, workshops,



and information resources, while monitoring student progress and satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, identifying students who need additional support, and contributing to process improvements that enhance overall student outcomes.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear spoken and written interaction with students and mentors.
- Proficient Customer Service skills to provide responsive, empathetic support and resolve student concerns effectively.
- Background in Education or Training, preferably within higher education, professional programs, or career services.
- Experience in Coaching or mentoring individuals toward academic, licensing, or career milestones.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and manage multiple student cases with attention to detail and timelines.
- Comfort with using digital tools and CRM or student management systems to track progress and communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, healthcare, business, or a related field; exposure to dentistry or healthcare education is an advantage.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a student-centered approach to decision-making.
