Role Description The Stakeholder Management Executive is a full-time, hybrid role based in Mumbai, with a mix of on-site engagement and work-from-home flexibility. This role is responsible for managing relationships with corporates, NGOs, and academic institutions, ensuring consistent communication and alignment with the Summit’s objectives. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating stakeholder outreach, maintaining updated contact and engagement records, preparing briefs and follow-up materials, and supporting partnership development and event-related activities.

The Executive will help organize meetings,



roundtables, and networking sessions, track stakeholder commitments and outcomes, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless experience for all participants.

Qualifications

- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, with experience interacting with senior professionals from corporates, NGOs, and academic institutions.
- Excellent communication skills, including transparent written communication, professional email etiquette, and confident presentation abilities.
- Solid organizational and coordination abilities, including event or program coordination, scheduling, and follow-up tracking.
- Competence with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM or contact management systems, online meeting platforms) and basic data handling for reporting.
- Understanding of CSR, social impact, or development sector dynamics in India; prior experience in CSR, partnerships, or community engagement is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively in a small, mission-driven team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Social Sciences, Public Policy, Communications, or a related field; relevant postgraduate qualifications are a plus.
