Performance Marketer - Real EstateLocation: Bengaluru, Karnataka (On-site) Job Type: Full-time Experience: 2-3 years Industry: Real EstateAbout the RoleWe are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns for our real estate projects. You will own paid media performance across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and other channels, driving qualified leads and optimizing cost per lead (CPL) and cost per acquisition (CPA) for property launches and ongoing sales. This is an in office role based out of our Bengaluru office.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other digital channels for real estate projectsOwn lead generation targets - track CPL, CPA, conversion rates, and ROAS across campaignsConduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve performanceWork closely with the sales team to track lead quality and conversion from MQL to bookingManage budgets across campaigns and reallocate spend based on performance dataCoordinate with creative/design teams for ad assets and landing pages tailored to specific projectsSet up and monitor tracking (UTM parameters, pixel/conversion tracking,



CRM integration)Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights for leadershipStay updated on real estate marketing trends, platform algorithm changes, and competitor campaignsManage marketing for property launches, pre-launch campaigns, and site visit drivesRequirements2-3 years of experience in performance marketing, with real estate industry experience mandatoryHands-on experience managing Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax) and Meta Ads ManagerStrong understanding of the real estate buyer funnel (awareness to site visit to booking)Experience with lead tracking tools/CRMs (e.G., LeadSquared, Salesforce, or similar)Analytical mindset - comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets, GA4, and reporting dashboardsUnderstanding of RERA compliance for real estate advertising is a plusExcellent communication and cross-functional coordination skillsMust be based in Bengaluru or willing to work on-site from BengaluruNice to HaveExperience with programmatic advertising or real estate portals (99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.Com)Basic knowledge of SEO/content marketing for real estate micrositesExperience with WhatsApp Business API or marketing automation tools
