Team members join a mission-driven brand that values innovation, health, and quality.Role Description The CRM Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This position is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing CRM campaigns to drive customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing customer data and segmentation, designing email and SMS journeys, setting up marketing automation workflows, and monitoring performance metrics. The role also involves collaborating with brand, performance marketing, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging, running A/B tests to improve campaign effectiveness, and translating customer insights into actionable marketing strategies.



The CRM Marketing Manager will maintain compliance with data privacy regulations and continuously refine CRM best practices to support Ember’s growth.Qualifications Demonstrated experience in CRM strategy, customer segmentation, and lifecycle marketing.Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.G., Klaviyo, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar tools).Strong skills in email and SMS campaign management, including A/B testing and performance optimization.Ability to analyze campaign data, build reports and dashboards, and derive insights to improve customer retention.Solid understanding of e-commerce or D2C marketing fundamentals and customer journey mapping.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different customer segments.Experience working cross-functionally with creative, product, and performance marketing teams.Familiarity with data privacy and consent management best practices relevant to CRM marketing.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced workplace, prioritize multiple projects, and meet deadlines.Previous experience in consumer products, cookware, or health-focused brands is a plus.
