You will be responsible for engaging with leads, understanding their requirements, qualifying their needs, and setting the stage for our design experts to convert them into successful projects.Required Skills & Qualifications :Language Proficiency: Fluency in Kannada and English is MANDATORY.Additional Language: Proficiency in Hindi is a strong requirement and highly beneficial.Kannada Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Kannada is mandatory , with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally with Kannada-speaking clients.Education: Minimum PUC completed.Experience: 2-3 years of experience in calling, pre-sales, tele-sales, business development, or a sales-driven setting.Industry Preference: Prior experience in Interior Design, Real Estate, Home Decor, or related industries is highly preferred.Key Responsibilities :Lead Qualification: Respond to inbound leads promptly to understand their specific interior design requirements.Customer Engagement:
