You will own paid media performance across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and other channels, driving qualified leads and optimizing cost per lead (CPL) and cost per acquisition (CPA) for property launches and ongoing sales. This is an on-site role based out of our Bengaluru office.Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other digital channels for real estate projectsOwn lead generation targets - track CPL, CPA, conversion rates, and ROAS across campaignsConduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve performanceWork closely with the sales team to track lead quality and conversion from MQL to bookingManage budgets across campaigns and reallocate spend based on performance dataCoordinate with creative/design teams for ad assets and landing pages tailored to specific projectsSet up and monitor tracking (UTM parameters, pixel/conversion tracking,
