Think strategy, storytelling, and smart content that gets results.Location: BangaloreSchedule: Monday - Saturday ; Saturdays are half days.We are on the hunt for a full-time Account Manager - Social Media & Digital Marketing to ideate, to manage and lead our social media & content team. This isn’t your typical gig; it’s a generalist role where you’ll get to dip your toes into multiple businesses, wear multiple hats, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.What You’ll DoLead and collaborate with the entire social media team to ensure all promised deliverables to clients are met within promised timelinesClosely work with clients & social media team on content calendars before they are sent out for internal and external approvalsWork closely with the creative team to ensure they’re delivering creatives as per the clients briefWork on growth strategy, creative concepts, content creation and ideationBe the single point of escalation for any escalations from clientsReport directly to the founder with weekly reviews and updates for all clientsSmooth account management to ensure there are no escalations from clients sideWork closely with performance marketing team. Prior experience of understanding meta ads, google ads,
