and timely delivery within SLA/KPI targets.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess Life & Pension requests as per SOPs and quality standards.Review and update policy information accurately.Meet SLA, KPI, and productivity targets.Coordinate with internal teams and UK/European stakeholders.Manage transactions using workflow systems.Support audits and process improvement initiatives.Skills & QualificationsGraduate in any discipline.Good English communication skills.Strong attention to detail and process orientation.Understanding of SLA/KPI-driven operations.Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Preferred Experience1-10 years in Insurance BPO, preferably Life & Pension operations.Exposure to UK/European clients or processes is an advantage.Key CompetenciesCustomer FocusProblem SolvingTeamworkAdaptabilityTime Management
