MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS17+ years of overall experience, with 8–10+ years in senior GCC/GBS/shared-services/global delivery leadership.Proven experience building, scaling or transforming a GCC; ideally 500+ employees and preferably 1,000+.Strong global stakeholder and C-suite management, including US/European/global headquarters.Ownership of a significant operating budget with robust business and financial acumen.Track record of building senior leadership teams and organizational capabilities.Experience driving transformation, automation, AI or digital initiatives.Exceptional executive presence, communication and influencing skills.4. GOOD TO HAVEFinancial Services, Investment Management, Private Equity, Alternative Investments or Real Estate experience.Experience supporting a global investment or asset-management organization.Experience with leading global organizations or their portfolio companies.Experience establishing a new GCC or significantly expanding an existing center.Multi-function leadership across Technology, Finance, Analytics, HR, Operations, Legal or Corporate Services.Enterprise-scale GenAI/intelligent automation and full operating/P&L; ownership.Experience managing 1,500–3,000+ employees, international exposure, M&A;/carve-outs/integrations.5.
