Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary, based on skills and experience with lots of opportunities for career growthThis position is a remote/hybrid with once in a quarter travel to Rajkot.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect, design, and develop a high-performance Intelligent Manufacturing Platform using Ruby on Rails, and leveraging AI where applicable in the development processMake key decisions related to the product’s architecture, ensuring scalability, modularity, and efficiencyBuild a modularized product using a plugin/module architecture on the Rails frameworkImplement DevOps practices for the deployment of Ruby on Rails applications using Render, Docker, AWS, Cloudflare and other cloud platformsCreate comprehensive technical documentation with clear, informative diagramsManage time effectively and deliver components of the project in an agile,



iterative wayOccasionally travel to core locations as required to collaborate with the global teamQualifications and SkillsProven experience in architecting and developing applications using Ruby on Rails, focusing on performance, scalability, and maintainabilityLevel C1 or above English proficiencyExcellent communication skills, capable of explaining and defending technical decisionsDemonstrated ability to develop complex applications in a fast-paced, start-up environment using Ruby on RailsExperience building modularized applications in Rails with a plugin/module architectureEssential DevOps knowledge to deploy Rails applications using Docker, AWS, or similar platformsStrong technical documentation and diagramming skillsEffective project and time management skillsExperience and Skills RequiredAt least 5 years of experience working with Ruby on Rails, including full-stack development (front-end and back-end).Experience with Rails Hotwire (e.g. Turbo and Stimulus)Familiarity with CSS frameworks like Tailwind for designing clean and responsive interfaces in RailsStrong SQL knowledge; experience with PostgreSQLExperience deploying Rails applications using Docker, AWS, or similar DevOps toolsA solid understanding of application security best practices in Ruby on RailsReact/ReactNative & Expo experience are very desirable for this roleInterview ProcessAs this is a key role, our interview process is comprehensive.
