Experience:4-5 years of experience in Production / Manufacturing.
Roles:
- Manage and supervise the complete mattress production process from raw materials to finished products.
- Plan and manage daily and monthly production schedules as per order requirements.
- Ensure daily and monthly production targets are achieved within the required timelines.
- Handle production floor operations and ensure smooth workflow across all stages.
- Manage manpower allocate workers effectively and ensure proper utilization of the production team.
- Monitor processes such as cutting quilting stitching foam processing assembly and final finishing.
- Maintain product quality at every stage of production and ensure quality standards are followed.
- Identify production issues troubleshoot problems and take timely corrective actions.
- Monitor the usage of raw materials and control material wastage.
- Work on improving production efficiency and reducing production costs.
- Coordinate with Purchase Quality Warehouse and Sales teams to ensure smooth production and timely order completion.
- Maintain production records reports and material/inventory requirements.
- Monitor machines and equipment and coordinate for timely maintenance to avoid production downtime.
- Train and guide workers to improve productivity quality and working practices.
- Maintain discipline safety and proper procedures on the production floor.
Qualification:Graduate / Diploma in any relevant field.
