- Oversee daily security operations and maintain a safe environment for guests staff and property assets
- Supervise and train security personnel ensuring adherence to company policies and industry best practices
- Monitor surveillance systems access control points and security equipment to identify potential vulnerabilities
- Respond promptly to security incidents emergencies and guest concerns whilst maintaining professional composure
- Conduct regular security patrols throughout the property including guest areas back-of-house and perimeter zones
- Prepare comprehensive incident reports and maintain detailed security documentation for management review
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services during critical situations
- Conduct security risk assessments and recommend preventative measures to enhance property protection
- Ensure compliance with all security protocols safety regulations and hotel standard operating procedures
- Manage access control systems key distribution and visitor management procedures
- Provide security briefings and updates to senior management and relevant departments

Qualifications :
**Required Qualifications:**
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional security experience preferably in a luxury hospitality or high-end property setting
- Proven supervisory or management experience with demonstrated ability to lead and motivate security teams
- Strong knowledge of security systems access control technologies and surveillance equipment
- Excellent incident response and crisis management capabilities with sound decision-making under pressure
- Comprehensive understanding of security protocols health and safety regulations and hotel operational standards
- Proficiency in security documentation report writing and record-keeping procedures
- Valid security licence or certification as required by local and national regulations
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with law enforcement and emergency services
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
