Primary Responsibilities

- Consistently offer a professional and friendly greeting engaging service and warm welcome to all guest.
- To ensure every guest is bid fond farewell when they depart.
- To ensure all arrival reports are printed in advance before the meal periods and properly recorded for records.
- Have knowledge of all menu items garnishes contents and preparation methods
- Assist guests regarding food and beverage menu items in an informative and helpful way
- Understand shift end reports in the outlet and the POS system
- Understand the Servers tasks in the outlet and perform other duties as assigned by leader.

People Management

- You must have very good communication and interpersonal skills.

- As a Hostess in you will use your charm to carry out a natural conversation with guests without sounding scripted or intrusive.
- Respond to customer queries by resolving issues in a timely and productive manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure to attend to guest complaints requests or inquiries regarding the food and services.




- Establish and maintain seamless co-ordination & co-operation with all departments of Novotel Hyderabad to ensure maximum cooperation productivity morale and guest service.
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team

Qualifications :

Knowledge and Experience

- Secondary / High school education / Hotel Management Degree
- Additional certification(s) in Food & Beverage will be an advantage
- Good reading writing and oral proficiency in English language
- Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
- Previous Hostess experience an asset
