- Prepare and serve espresso-based beverages and specialty coffees to the highest standards
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee bar equipment and serving areas in accordance with hotel standards
- Operate and maintain espresso machines grinders and other coffee-making equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service and engage with guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Prepare hot and cold beverages including tea hot chocolate and other speciality drink

Qualifications :

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Barista in a hospitality or café
- Proficiency in preparing espresso-based beverages and specialty coffees
- Strong knowledge of coffee varieties brewing methods and flavour profiles
- Demonstrated expertise in operating and maintaining espresso machines and grinders
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional and courteous demeanour
- Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality presentation
