Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Plant Head to lead overall plant operations production quality manpower productivity safety and operational efficiency.
Key Requirements
- 15-20 years of relevant manufacturing experience with strong Plant Leadership exposure.
- Experience in Structural Steel / Heavy Fabrication is essential.
- Exposure to Railway Bridge Girders / Highway Structures / PEB .
- Experience with RDSO / RITES / TPI requirements.
- Robust experience in multi-shift plant operations .
- Experience handling plant tonnage production capacity and manpower .
- ERP / MRP working knowledge.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 / ISO 3834 / EN 1090 .
- Good understanding of WPS PQR WPQ and NDT .
- Strong leadership planning production and operational management skills.
