Experience Range: 4 to 6 years of experience in software development including substantial hands-on expertise with Salesforce Service Cloud and related technologies Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable solutions on Salesforce Service Cloud focusing on Case Management Digital Engagement Field Service and Self Service modules to drive operational excellence
- Lead the implementation of Lightning Web Components (LWC) Apex classes Flows and Platform Events to enhance business processes and user experience ensuring timely delivery of project milestones
- Integrate Salesforce Service Cloud with external systems and applications using APIs middleware and Salesforce DX to enable seamless data exchange and process automation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Portal UI/UX ensuring intuitive interfaces and improved user satisfaction scores
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in Salesforce environments maintaining system reliability and performance metrics
- Mentor and guide junior developers promoting best practices in coding standards testing and deployment within Salesforce ecosystems
- Monitor and analyze platform performance recommending and implementing enhancements to improve scalability security and maintainability
