Description
Bristlecone India Limited is seeking an experienced Lead SAP professional to head the S/4HANA Functional Delivery team. The role focuses on endtoend ownership of Materials Management (MM) and Production Planning (PP) modules delivering both greenfield and brownfield projects guiding junior consultants and ensuring alignment with client business objectives.

Responsibilities

- Lead design configuration and deployment of MM and PP processes in S/4HANA projects.
- Manage greenfield and brownfield implementation lifecycles from blueprint to golive.
- Mentor and coach a team of functional consultants and analysts.
- Collaborate with technical integration and business stakeholders to define solution scope.
- Conduct requirement workshops gap analysis and fitgap assessments.
- Develop functional specifications test scripts and support user acceptance testing.
- Ensure compliance with Bristlecone delivery standards and best practices.
- Identify and mitigate project risks related to MM/PP functional areas.




- Drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the delivery team.
- Provide postgolive support and hypercare for MM and PP modules.

Qualifications

- 10 years of SAP experience with a minimum of 5 years in S/4HANA MM and PP.
- Proven track record of leading greenfield and brownfield implementations.
- Robust understanding of endtoend procurement inventory and production processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional designs.
- Experience mentoring junior consultants and leading crossfunctional teams.
- SAP certification in MM and/or PP (preferred).
- Handson experience with SAP Activate methodology.
- Problemsolving mindset with a focus on delivering value.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Business or related field.
