- Handle daily production operations of Extrusion Blow Molding (EBM) and Injection Blow Molding (IBM) machines.
- Monitor quality standards and minimize rejections in plastic packaging.
- Plan shift schedules and allocate manpower effectively.
- Conduct root cause analysis of machine/process issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and productivity norms.
- Maintain production reports and coordinate with maintenance teams.
