Pharma/MSc Chemistry CTC: 15-18 LPA This role involves driving a robust culture of quality, managing a team of QA professionals, and bridging quality compliance with cross-functional operations to ensure seamless product delivery.

Key Responsibilities Team Handling and Leadership:o Manage, mentor, and develop a large team across sub-departments, including IPQA, Documentation, Validation, and Corporate QA.o Establish explicit performance targets, identify training gaps, and build robustsuccession plans for critical QA roles.o Cultivate an active culture of quality compliance and data integrity (ALCOA+)across the entire plant floor. Inter-Departmental Coordination:o Production &

- Operations: Collaborate directly with manufacturing teams to resolvefloor issues, investigate deviations in real-time, and optimize OSD lines withoutcompromising compliance.o Supply Chain &
- Regulatory Affairs: Coordinate on vendor qualifications, rawmaterial status,



and technical dossiers required for global regulatory submissions.o Engineering &
- Maintenance: Work together on equipment qualification(DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ), facility modifications, and preventive maintenance shutdowns.

Quality Management

Systems (QMS): Maintain site systems matching global rules.

Disposition &

- Audits: Make the final call to release or reject batches andlead the site during regulatory inspections.

Requirements and Skills Experience, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership or HOD capacity.

Qualification : B.

Pharma/MSc Chemistry OSD Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of tablets, capsules, and powdermanufacturing processes.

People Management: Proven ability to manage conflict, build cohesive teams, andlead technical professionals.

Communication: Exceptional negotiation and communication skills to influenceother department heads and manage external regulatory auditors.
