- You operate as a senior brand and business leader within a cluster.

- You work closely with leadership to ensure that the brands within your cluster remain strategically aligned, creatively strong, and commercially healthy.

- You are responsible for maintaining clarity across multiple brands and teams, ensuring that campaign thinking, execution quality, and client relationships remain consistent and impactful.

- This role requires someone who can balance creative judgment with business understanding while guiding teams and supporting the long-term growth of the cluster.

nWhat will you do?

- Co-own the overall direction and health of the cluster alongside senior leadership.
n
- Ensure brands align to a clear strategic and creative direction across campaigns and ongoing work.
n
- Maintain consistency in narrative, quality, and ambition across brands within the cluster.
n
- Identify opportunities for account mining, scope expansion, and long-term brand growth.
n




- Support the development of larger campaign ideas and ecosystem thinking across formats such as content, video, influencers, and activations.
n
- Partner with Creative, Strategy, and Business teams to align brand initiatives with broader business goals.
n
- Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders and participate in strategic discussions around brand direction and growth opportunities.

- Handle sensitive conversations or escalations with maturity and clarity when required.
n
- Mentor and guide Account Managers and Senior Account Managers within the cluster.
n
- Ensure teams have clear direction, accountability, and support in managing their brands.
n
- Oversee planning and prioritisation across multiple mandates while balancing BAU work, campaigns, and recent initiatives.
n
- Ensure teams operate with strong coordination, structure, and clarity across deliverables.
