Role Description The Sports Physical Therapist will work full time on-site in Bilaspur, providing hands-on assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation for athletes and active clients. Daily responsibilities include conducting thorough physical evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapies to address sports injuries and orthopedic conditions. The role involves designing and supervising injury prevention and return-to-sport programs, collaborating closely with strength and conditioning coaches and trainers,



and monitoring client progress.

The therapist will educate clients on exercise techniques, recovery strategies, and long-term health maintenance, while maintaining accurate clinical documentation and participating in team meetings and case discussions. The position requires active engagement in maintaining high standards of patient care, safety, and professionalism in a dynamic performance-focused environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Physical Therapy, Orthopedics, and sports rehabilitation.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Injury Prevention and Strength & Conditioning for athletes and active individuals.
- Candidates should possess a high standard of Patient Care, including clear communication, empathy, and professional conduct.
- Candidates should possess a recognized degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT or equivalent) and relevant licensure/registration as required.
- Candidates should possess experience working with athletes or in sports medicine settings; certifications in sports physiotherapy or strength and conditioning are an advantage.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team, manage multiple cases, and maintain accurate clinical records.
