Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist based in Bengaluru.

The Speech Language

Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders, primarily within a neurorehabilitation setting. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting comprehensive evaluations, developing evidence-based therapy plans, delivering individual and group therapy sessions, and monitoring patient progress. The role involves close collaboration with neurologists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and other team members to design integrated care plans.





The Speech Language

Pathologist will also provide caregiver and family education, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Speech Therapy and management of Speech disorders.
- Expertise in assessing and treating Communication Disorders and Language Disorders.
- Competence in evaluating and managing Dysphagia and related swallowing difficulties.
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Audiology–Speech Language Pathology (or equivalent), with appropriate national or state licensure/registration.
- Experience working with neurological populations such as stroke, traumatic brain injury, Parkinson’s disease, and other movement or neuromuscular disorders.
- Ability to develop individualized treatment plans, use evidence-based interventions, and document clinical outcomes clearly and accurately.
- Strong interpersonal, counseling, and communication skills, with a team-oriented approach to multidisciplinary teamwork.
- Comfort with using technology and therapy tools for assessment, treatment, and documentation; prior experience in a neurorehabilitation or hospital setting is an advantage.
