Role Description The Software Engineer – Fresher & Experienced role is a full-time, remote position focused on designing, developing, and maintaining software applications and web-based solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean and efficient code, implementing back-end functionality, debugging and resolving issues, and participating in code reviews. The role involves collaborating with mentors, senior engineers, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements, contribute to project architecture,



and ensure high-quality deliverables.

The software engineer will work on real-world projects aligned with industry standards, document technical work, and continuously learn new tools, frameworks, and best practices.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science concepts, including data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Hands-on skills in Software Development and Programming using contemporary languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, or similar).
- Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and ability to apply OOP principles to real-world projects.
- Experience or coursework in Back-End Web Development, including APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.
- Ability to analyze problems, debug issues, and write maintainable, testable code.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate in remote, team-based environments.
- Relevant degree or ongoing studies in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and basic software development lifecycle practices is an advantage.
