: Soft Skills Trainer

Job Summary

Responsible for enhancing trainees communication, personality development, and employability skills through interactive sessions and practical activities. The role involves preparing learners for interviews, workplace behavior, and qualified growth while fostering confidence, teamwork, and adaptability. The trainer ensures that trainees are job-ready with the essential soft skills required by industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

· Design and deliver training sessions on communication, personality development, and interpersonal skills.

· Conduct workshops on teamwork, leadership, time management, and problem-solving.

· Prepare training materials, presentations, and activities to enhance learning.

· Guide trainees in interview preparation, resume building, and workplace etiquette.

· Assess trainees’ soft skills through activities, role plays, and evaluations.

· Provide individual feedback and mentoring to improve confidence and employability.

· Collaborate with technical trainers and placement officers to align soft skills with job readiness.





· Motivate and counsel trainees to overcome personal and professional challenges.

· Maintain records of training sessions, attendance, and trainee progress.

· Continuously update training methodologies to match industry requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Public Health, Social Sciences, or a related field.

Experience

· Minimum 2 years of experience in soft skills training or facilitation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
