Role Description The Social Media Management Intern will support the planning, creation, and execution of content across Real Dose Labs India’s social media platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting posts, assisting with visual content creation, scheduling updates, and monitoring engagement and community interactions.



The intern will help implement basic digital marketing and social media campaigns, track performance metrics, and share insights with the team.

This is an internship role, based on-site in India, working closely with marketing and product teams to align social content with brand messaging and ongoing initiatives.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing for brand awareness and audience growth.
- Ability in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing to develop engaging, platform-appropriate posts.
- Strong Communication skills for transparent messaging, collaboration, and community interaction.
- Basic understanding of analytics tools and social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Interest in wellness, nutraceuticals, or consumer health products.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site, manage time effectively, and adapt in a quick-paced startup setting.
