Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Varanasi.

The Social Media

Manager will plan, create, and schedule content across social platforms, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement.

Responsibilities include managing social media calendars, optimizing posts for reach and performance, monitoring channels, and responding to comments and messages in a timely and skilled manner. The role involves developing and executing social media campaigns, tracking analytics, preparing performance reports,



and coordinating with creative, content, and marketing teams to align social media activities with broader brand strategies and campaign goals.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across major platforms.

- Ability to develop and implement effective Content Strategy and create engaging Writing tailored to different audiences and channels.

- Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and interacting with online communities and clients.

- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and basic reporting to interpret data and recommend improvements.

- Experience managing brand pages or campaigns in a marketing or media environment; agency experience is an advantage.

- Basic understanding of visual content best practices (images, video, reels) and trends in digital and social media.

- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple platforms and deadlines.

- Relevant diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
