IMT Hyderabad is looking for an energetic and creative social media enthusiast to capture and communicate the life of a vibrant B-school campus. You will work closely with a talented Gen-Z student community, faculty, visiting leaders, alumni and corporate guests to create engaging digital content and strengthen IMT Hyderabad’s online presence.

What You Will Do

- Create, shoot, edit and upload reels, short videos, photographs, stories and other digital content.
- Manage and regularly update IMT Hyderabad’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, YouTube and emerging platforms.
- Plan and manage podcasts and guest interviews—from basic research and recording to editing and publishing.
- Anchor and host interviews, campus events, student activities and digital programmes.
- Capture the energy of campus life and turn everyday happenings into compelling, shareable content.
- Engage with students, alumni, guests and other stakeholders, both online and on campus.
- Track social media trends and experiment with new formats, tools, and ideas.

Whom are we looking for?





- Someone who is personally passionate about social media and content creation—not simply someone looking for a conventional communications job.
- You should have good English communication skills, confidence with people, and an eagerness to learn on your own and experiment. Basic skills in mobile/camera videography, video editing, graphics or social-media tools will be useful. Fresh graduates and early-career professionals are welcome.
- A degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Media or a related area is welcome, but talent, creativity and demonstrated interest matter more. If you have already created content, please share links to your Instagram/YouTube channel, reels, podcasts, videos, portfolio or other work with your application.
- What IMT Hyderabad Offers
- You will have considerable room to create, experiment and learn while working in a lively campus environment. The Institute will provide access to the required software licences, equipment and other tools needed for the role.
- We are looking for someone interested in growing with the role for at least 3–4 years. Candidates looking primarily for short-term assignments or frequent job changes are discouraged from applying.
- Compensation: As per IMT Hyderabad norms, based on talent, qualifications and experience. Salary will not be a constraint for an exceptional candidate.
