Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media + Client Executive role based in Kolkata.

The Social

Media + Client Executive will manage client social media accounts, plan and execute campaigns, and create or coordinate engaging content that aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. The role involves monitoring performance metrics, preparing reports, and suggesting data-informed improvements to increase reach, engagement, and conversions. The individual will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, handle day-to-day communication, understand client requirements, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.

Responsibilities also include supporting client onboarding,



participating in strategy discussions, assisting in upselling relevant services, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client interactions, present ideas, and collaborate with internal teams.

- Customer satisfaction and client relationship skills to understand client needs, respond to queries, and ensure positive long-term partnerships.

- Account management and consulting capabilities to coordinate projects, interpret marketing goals, and provide strategic input.

- Sales and negotiation skills to identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling services and support business growth.

- Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Instagram, LinkedIn, basic insights dashboards).

- Ability to plan and execute social media calendars, coordinate content creation, and work closely with designers and copywriters.

- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines.

- Relevant experience in digital marketing, social media management, or client servicing; agency experience is an advantage.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
