Key responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day social media content across Instagram, YouTube Shorts and Facebook
- Plan and execute posts, Reels, Stories and carousels
- Assist with content ideation and scripting
- Shoot phone-based Reels and handle editing, including Edits
- Create clean, professional creatives and carousels on Canva
- Upload and publish content across platforms
- Manage comments, DMs and basic DM automation
- Coordinate collaborations and content requirements
- Maintain the content calendar, scheduling and posting workflow
- Track basic content performance/analytics
- Work closely with Nupur Gulati on the overall content and media strategy
Skills/requirements we had established: strong understanding of Instagram and short-form content; positive Canva skills; ability to shoot and edit Reels; good written communication and attention to detail; comfortable working in a fast-moving nutrition/wellness content environment. Meta Ads, social-media automation and YouTube experience were advantages, but not mandatory.
