Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused Curtain Fabric Sales Executive with strong knowledge of curtain fabrics, window furnishings, and soft furnishing solutions. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable fabrics and curtain solutions, handling sales enquiries, and ensuring smooth coordination from selection to order execution.

Key Responsibilities The role will involve both showroom sales and client handling, along with coordination with internal teams for measurements, stitching, customization, dispatch, and installation.  Handle walk-in, online, and client enquiries related to curtains, fabrics, blinds, and soft furnishing solutions.  Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable curtain fabrics, styles, colours, textures, and designs.  Demonstrate robust knowledge of curtain fabric types, quality, usage, and applications.  Advise customers on different curtain styles, pleats, headings, linings, and accessories.  Understand and explain curtain stitching and finishing requirements.  Take/coordinate fabric measurements and calculate fabric consumption as per the required curtain style.  Guide clients regarding lining, tracks, rods, accessories,



and other window-furnishing requirements.  Assist clients in fabric selection and colour coordination with their interiors.  Prepare quotations and follow up with customers until order closure.  Convert enquiries and showroom visits into sales while achieving assigned targets.  Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and prospective customers.  Coordinate with the design, stitching, production, and installation teams for customized curtain orders.  Coordinate for measurements, fabric availability, stitching, quality checking, dispatch, and installation.  Ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered within committed timelines.  Coordinate with logistics/dispatch teams and keep customers updated regarding order status.  Maintain proper records of enquiries, quotations, orders, follow-ups, and sales.  Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure a smooth customer experience.

Required Candidate Profile

 Strong knowledge of curtain fabrics and soft furnishings.  Knowledge of curtain stitching, styles, pleats, and finishing.  Understanding of fabric measurement and consumption.  Knowledge of curtain lining and accessories.  Good understanding of fabric selection and interior colour coordination.  Strong customer handling and sales skills.  Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.  Ability to understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate solutions.  Presentable and well-groomed personality.  Target-oriented and proactive approach.
