About Job
We are looking for a smart, organized, proactive, and well-presented Personal Assistant (PA) to work closely with our Founder and provide day-to-day professional and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the Founder’s calendar, meetings, appointments & schedules
Coordinate with clients, vendors, designers, contractors and internal teams
Handle follow-ups and ensure timely closure of assigned tasks
Prepare and manage reports, documents and correspondence
Assist the Founder in meetings and maintain meeting notes/action points
Coordinate regarding ongoing interior & turnkey projects
Manage travel, meetings and other business-related arrangements
Maintain confidentiality of business and client information




Act as a communication bridge between the Founder and various teams
Support the Founder in day-to-day business and operational activities

What We’re Looking For
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational & time-management abilities
Proactive approach with excellent follow-up skills
Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
Ability to multitask and handle priorities efficiently
Professional personality with strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a rapid-paced, founder-driven environment
Prior experience as a PA / Executive Assistant / Founder’s Office / Management Coordinator will be preferred
Experience in interior design, architecture, construction or turnkey projects will be an added advantage
