We are hiring: Senior Student Counsellor – Student Wellbeing Kumaraguru Institutions, Coimbatore, is looking for an experienced counselling professional to support the emotional wellbeing and psychological needs of students across our higher-education ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide individual and group counselling to students
- Support students in managing stress, anxiety, academic pressure, relationships, adjustment and other personal concerns
- Handle crisis intervention and facilitate appropriate professional referrals
- Conduct student-wellbeing and mental-health awareness programmes
- Collaborate with faculty, mentors, parents and institutional teams while maintaining skilled confidentiality Candidate Profile:




- Master's degree in Counselling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Applied Psychology or Medical & Psychiatric Social Work
- Relevant professional certification or registration will be preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in counselling or psychological support
- Prior experience in counselling students in a college or university environment is mandatory
