We are looking for an accomplished Senior Solution Architect / AI-Native Operations Leader to establish and drive next-generation operations capabilities.

This is a strategic role for a technology leader who can transform traditional ASM / Managed Services models into AI-Native and autonomous operations, combining strong operations expertise with AIOps, SRE, Observability, GenAI, Agentic AI, and automation.

? Key Responsibilities

- Define the strategy and operating model for AI-Native Operations
- Drive transformation from traditional ASM / Managed Services to autonomous operations
- Establish competency frameworks, standards, best practices, and transformation methodologies
- Architect solutions across AIOps, Agentic Operations, predictive operations, autonomous incident management, and self-healing systems
- Conduct operational maturity assessments and transformation roadmap workshops
- Support strategic customer engagements and large-scale transformation programs
- Build value realization frameworks and business cases
- Mentor operations leaders and customer-facing technical teams
- Build internal capability, assessment, and certification frameworks

✔️ Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)

✔️ Incident, Problem & Reliability Management

✔️ GenAI & Agentic AI frameworks for Operations

✔️ Autonomous & Self-Healing Operations

✔️ Observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana & Dynatrace

✔️ Kubernetes & Cloud/Hyperscaler platforms

✔️ ITSM, Workflow & Runbook Automation

✔️ Solid experience leading Operations Transformation Programs

✔️ Executive-level customer advisory, consulting, and stakeholder management

✔️ Experience building enterprise capabilities and mentoring senior technical talent
