Role Overview

Lead enterprise integration strategy, architecture governance, and delivery standards.

Provide technical and leadership direction for large-scale integration initiatives, AI-enabled integration capabilities, stakeholder management, and organizational best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Define enterprise integration architecture standards and governance frameworks.
- Lead large-scale Workato implementation programs and strategic initiatives.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance integration solutions.
- Drive API-led, event-driven, and AI/LLM-enabled integration strategies.
- Provide architectural guidance across cloud, SaaS, and enterprise systems.
- Lead technical solutioning, estimations, and integration roadmaps.
- Establish reusable frameworks, accelerators, and best practices.
- Manage stakeholders, delivery governance, and executive communications.
- Mentor engineering teams and conduct architecture and code reviews.
- Drive operational excellence, performance optimization, and risk management.

Required Skills And Experience





- 9-15 years of enterprise integration and architecture experience.
- Expert-level Workato expertise and strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns.
- Strong API architecture, cloud integration, and system design expertise.
- Experience with Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, Snowflake, SAP, and ERP systems.
- Solid leadership, stakeholder management, and solutioning capabilities.
- Experience managing large delivery teams and strategic programs.

Preferred Qualifications

- Workato Pro III certification.
- Experience with Boomi, MuleSoft, TIBCO, IBM Sterling, or other enterprise integration tools.
- Enterprise architecture or cloud architecture certifications.
- Experience with governance, security, compliance, and AI integration strategies.
