Senior Sales Executive – Job Summary We are looking for a responsible and motivated Senior Sales Executive to manage a team, monitor daily activities, achieve targets, and ensure smooth operations.

The Team

Leader will guide team members, support their performance, resolve issues, and coordinate with management to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and manage the team to achieve assigned targets. Allocate daily tasks and monitor team members' performance. Track daily, weekly, and monthly targets and prepare performance reports.

Conduct regular team meetings and provide updates to management. Train and support new and existing team members. Monitor attendance, productivity, quality, and work discipline. Handle customer or internal team escalations and resolve issues promptly.

Coordinate with other departments for smooth workflow. Identify performance gaps and provide coaching and feedback. Ensure company policies, procedures, and standards are followed. Maintain proper records and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.





Support management in achieving business and operational objectives.

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 7–8 years of relevant experience, preferably with team-handling experience. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities. Positive knowledge of MS Office/Excel and reporting. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
