About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Sales Associate with experience in SaaS/MarTech sales to drive new business opportunities, build solid client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in outbound sales, lead generation, and consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting, cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Apollo.io.
- Identify and engage decision-makers across target organizations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
- Conduct product demonstrations and deliver compelling sales presentations.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients to maximize business opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve sales strategies.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.

Required Skills & Experience





- MBA or Master's in Business Administration (Preferred).
- 4–6 years of experience in SaaS, MarTech, or Event Tech sales.
- Minimum 2 years of experience selling Event Tech solutions to B2B clients.
- Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, and business development.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.io.
- Strong understanding of consultative selling and enterprise sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline management.

Preferred Experience

- Experience selling Event Tech solutions such as virtual events, hybrid events, webinars, registration platforms, networking solutions, or event engagement platforms.
- Ability to pitch SaaS/Event Tech solutions to decision-makers across enterprises.
