Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Recent Town, Kolkata, working in a USA night shift.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their requirements, presenting relevant products and offers, handling objections, and closing sales.

You will work with customers primarily in the US market and will be expected to consistently achieve individual sales and productivity targets while maintaining high standards of customer experience, quality, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with customers through inbound and/or outbound sales calls.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Explain product features, pricing, benefits, terms, and next steps clearly.
- Use effective sales pitching, objection handling, negotiation, and closing techniques.
- Convert qualified opportunities into successful sales.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain required productivity, conversion, and quality metrics.
- Follow up with customers and opportunities as per defined processes.
- Build trust and provide a professional customer experience throughout the sales journey.




- Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM.
- Follow all approved sales processes, compliance requirements, and communication guidelines.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling where appropriate.
- Participate in coaching, training, call reviews, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Take ownership of individual performance and continuously work on improving sales skills.

Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in sales, telesales, inside sales, customer acquisition, or a contact-centre environment.
- Experience in international / US sales will be an advantage.
- Strong spoken English and communication skills.
- Good listening, questioning, persuasion, and objection-handling abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to close sales and achieve targets.
- Customer-focused with a professional approach.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in a night shift aligned with US business hours.
- Graduate preferred; relevant sales experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
