Part-Time Accountant

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Work Type: Part-Time | On-site

Working Hours: 4 hours/day

Compensation: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a Part-Time Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and financial activities. The ideal candidate should have practical accounting knowledge, strong attention to detail, and the ability to independently manage routine financial tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update day-to-day accounting records.
- Handle invoices, bills, payments, receipts, and basic reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate financial documentation and records.
- Assist with bank and account reconciliations.
- Track expenses and maintain financial reports.
- Support GST, TDS, and other compliance-related accounting work, as applicable.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding payments, invoices, and financial records.




- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial transactions.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned accounting tasks.

Requirements
- Prior experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Good knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks within deadlines.
- Candidates who can commit to 4 hours of on-site work daily are preferred.
