Senior Manager – Tenant Relations, Sponsorships & Events
Reporting To: AGM – Marketing
Role Overview:
This role will drive retailer engagement, sponsorship revenue, and experiential programming. Desired candidate will be responsible for strengthening tenant partnerships, maximizing asset monetization, and delivering effective events & campaigns that contribute to footfall growth, brand positioning, and sales performance.
The position will actively participate in sales reviews and the annual budgeting process to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with revenue targets and overall mall productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Tenant Relations & Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners across categories.
Drive tenant participation in mall-led campaigns and promotional initiatives.
Conduct structured engagement forums and align retailers to the annual marketing calendar.
Sponsorships
Identify, pitch, and close brand partnerships for mall promotions and IP-led campaigns.
Track and report sponsorship revenue against annual targets.
Events & Experiential Marketing




Develop and execute an annual events calendar aligned to the prooerty's positioning.
Deliver KPI-driven events focused on footfall uplift, sales growth, and tenant ROI.
Manage agencies and on-ground execution to ensure operational excellence.
Sales Review & Budgeting
Participate in monthly sales review meetings with cross-functional teams.
Analyze category and tenant-level sales performance trends.
Contribute to annual marketing budgets and sponsorship revenue forecasting.
Candidate Profile:
8–12 years of experience in mall management, retail marketing, sponsorship sales, or experiential marketing.
Demonstrated commercial acumen with revenue-linked accountability.
Proven experience managing large-scale events in multi-stakeholder environments.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
