Job Title: Senior Interior Designer Location: Shimla / Naldehra, Himachal Pradesh Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Senior Interior Designer with strong expertise in residential interior projects, 2D layouts, dimensions, and working/raw drawings to manage design development and site execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare 2D floor plans, layouts, detailed dimensions, and working/raw drawings.
- Develop furniture layouts, ceiling plans, flooring, elevations, and detailed interior drawings.
- Convert design concepts into accurate execution drawings.
- Coordinate drawings with architects, MEP consultants, contractors, and site teams.
- Conduct site visits and ensure execution as per approved drawings and design standards.
- Review materials, finishes, BOQs, and specifications.
- Coordinate with vendors and resolve design/site-related issues.
- Monitor quality,



timelines, and design compliance.

Requirements

- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Interior Design.
- Robust residential project experience is mandatory.
- Excellent knowledge of 2D layouts, dimensions, working/raw drawings, and detailing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D visualization, and MS Office.
- Good knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and interior execution.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
