Senior Graphic Designer: Digital & D2C

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer (Digital) to join a fast-growing, digital-first consumer brand operating across international markets.

This is a hands-on role focused on creating high-performing digital creative across paid social, ecommerce, email and website channels. You’ll work closely with Ecommerce, Marketing and Growth teams, combining strong creative thinking with a performance-driven approach.

The ideal candidate has experience working with UK D2C/ecommerce brands and understands how to create engaging, conversion-focused creative for UK consumers.

Key Responsibilities

- Own digital creative across Meta, TikTok, ecommerce, website and email.
- Create on-brand, performance-led assets focused on engagement and conversion.
- Develop and adapt creative specifically for UK D2C audiences and international markets.
- Repurpose UGC, founder content and studio assets for paid social.
- Create multiple concepts and variations for creative testing.
- Use performance insights to continuously improve creative output.
- Explore and implement AI-powered creative workflows to produce content efficiently and at scale.




- Collaborate with Ecommerce, Marketing and Growth teams on commercial priorities.
- Manage multiple briefs while maintaining solid standards across layout, typography and visual storytelling.
- Support creative planning for future brand and product shoots.

Skills & Experience

- 3–5 years of digital design experience, ideally within D2C, ecommerce, FMCG or consumer brands.
- UK D2C/ecommerce experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience working across UK/US or other international markets is highly desirable.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating digital and performance-led creative.
- Experience designing for Meta, TikTok, ecommerce and email.
- Strong understanding of performance creative and conversion-focused design.
- Excellent typography, layout and visual storytelling skills.
- Hands-on experience with AI creative tools is essential.
- Comfortable working at speed across multiple projects.

Adobe Photoshop | Illustrator | Figma | AI Creative Tools

Premiere Pro / After Effects experience is a plus.
