Role Overview
We are seeking a highly driven Technical Program Manager (TPM) with a strong AI/ML technology background to lead cross-functional program execution and drive successful delivery of strategic AI initiatives. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise, exceptional stakeholder management, and outstanding communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end execution of AI/ML programs, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.




Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Data Science, and Business teams to translate strategy into execution.
Manage program planning, dependencies, risks, governance, and stakeholder communication.
Define and track key program metrics, milestones, and business outcomes.
Lead technical discussions and provide program leadership across complex AI-driven initiatives.
Desired Profile
8-12 years of experience in Program/Project Management with robust technical depth.
Hands-on understanding of AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, Data Platforms, Cloud Technologies, and Software Engineering practices .
Proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional technology programs.
Excellent communication, executive presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Bachelor's/master's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field from a reputed institution (IIMs, IITs, NITs, BITS, IIITs, or equivalent preferred).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with AI product/platform development teams.
PMP, Scrum, Agile, or related certifications are a plus.
Exposure to enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives.
