Role & Responsibilities

- Lead and drive the Learning & Development (L&D;) agenda for the business by aligning learning initiatives with organizational goals.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and design learning interventions to build employee capability and performance.
- Plan, execute, and monitor training programs across a large employee base.
- Track learning effectiveness through analytics, reporting, feedback, and ROI measurement.
- Partner with business leaders, HR teams, and external training partners to deliver impactful learning solutions.
- Standardize L&D; processes, policies, and governance frameworks to ensure consistency and quality.
- Facilitate training programs, workshops, and capability-building initiatives.
- Manage and mentor the L&D; team while ensuring timely and effective program delivery.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in learning practices and employee development initiatives.

Job Requirements





- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
- 8-9 years of overall experience, with significant experience in Learning & Development.
- Strong expertise in Training Needs Analysis, Learning Program Management, Learning Analytics, and ROI Measurement.
- Experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating large-scale training initiatives.
- Solid stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence business leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in MIS, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience managing vendors, trainers, and external learning partners.
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive learning outcomes in a dynamic business environment.
