Senior Associate - Accounts Payable - 2+ years - Mohali We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable skilled to join a global finance team as a Senior Associate. This is an Individual Contributor role involving end-to-end AP operations, invoice processing, vendor reconciliation, payment processing, and month-end/year-end closing activities.

Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end invoice processing, including PO, non-PO invoices, recharges, credit notes, and strategic vendor invoices.
- Process employee expense claims, maintain accurate invoice and claim coding databases, and monitor debit balances and aged payables.
- Perform vendor reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and ensure timely resolution of outstanding items.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including maintaining the Purchase Ledger and ensuring accurate AP records.
- Prepare and execute supplier and employee payment runs, intercompany payments, VAT payments, and coordinate with banking and finance teams.

Requirements

- Strong experience in Accounts Payable and end-to-end AP processes.
- Good understanding of invoice processing, vendor reconciliation, payment processing, and month-end closing activities.
- Experience working with ERP systems; knowledge of Oracle will be preferred.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and other reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, analytical,



problem-solving, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
