Role Description The Security Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat. This position is responsible for overseeing security guards, managing daily deployments, conducting briefings, and ensuring that all team members follow site-specific security protocols.

Supervisor monitors access control, patrols premises, responds to incidents, and coordinates with client representatives to address security-related concerns. The role includes preparing basic reports, maintaining logs, and ensuring that security equipment is used correctly and kept in working order.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills to lead security teams, manage shifts, and ensure adherence to procedures.

- Relevant experience in security supervision or guard management, preferably in commercial or industrial settings.
- Knowledge of basic safety regulations and emergency response practices; prior experience with security systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work in shifts, remain alert during extended periods, and maintain calm, objective judgment in high-pressure situations.
- Minimum educational qualification at the secondary or higher secondary level; security-related training or certifications are a plus.
