Role Description The Commercial Closing Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Pune City, responsible for overseeing the end-to-end closing process for commercial real estate transactions. This role coordinates all documentation, compliance checks, and funding activities to ensure accurate and timely closings for Grade‑A commercial assets and other investment-led deals. The Commercial Closing Manager will collaborate closely with sales teams, lenders, legal advisors, and clients to manage loan and mortgage-related requirements, resolve issues, and maintain clear communication throughout the transaction lifecycle.



Daily responsibilities include preparing and reviewing closing packages, tracking transaction milestones, monitoring disbursements, and maintaining detailed records in line with regulatory and internal standards. The role also contributes to process improvement, supports risk management, and helps deliver a smooth and transparent closing experience for all stakeholders.
Qualifications

- Strong expertise in commercial real estate closings, with practical experience managing Closings and Funding activities.
- Proficiency in handling Loans and Mortgage Lending documentation, compliance requirements, and lender coordination.
- Demonstrated Sales collaboration skills, with the ability to support deal structuring and closing timelines.
- Solid understanding of commercial real estate transactions, title and legal documentation, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, including working with clients, legal teams, and financial institutions.
- Prior experience in commercial real estate, banking, or mortgage operations is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort with using transaction management software, spreadsheets, and digital documentation tools.
- Ability to work on-site in East Pune and collaborate in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
