Role Summary: Support Life & Pension operations by processing policy-related transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery within SLA/KPI targets.
Key Responsibilities




Process Life & Pension requests as per SOPs and quality standards.
Review and update policy information accurately.
Meet SLA, KPI, and productivity targets.
Coordinate with internal teams and UK/European stakeholders.
Manage transactions using workflow systems.
Support audits and process improvement initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
Good English communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and process orientation.
Understanding of SLA/KPI-driven operations.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Preferred Experience
1-10 years in Insurance BPO, preferably Life & Pension operations.
Exposure to UK/European clients or processes is an advantage.
