- Designing, implementing and supporting complex business process in an SAP SuccessFactors workplace.
- Designing and Implementing of end to end compensation cycles workflows and business rules.
- Linking the business requirements to the system capabilities to optimise the Compensation solution
- Experience in working with Integrations to third party systems for payroll.Good to Have:1. Additional certification in any other SAP SuccessFactors module
- Knowledge in Variable pay configurations
- Conduct discovery meeting with customer by identifying the customer's current process and future state requirements.
