n• Experience with all phases of an implementation including business process blueprint, detailed design, configuration, testing, cutover, and support

nDetailed configuration experience in various IS-U FICA components:

nVery positive knowledge of integration of IS-U FICA with GL & SD modules.

nOne implementation /migration life cycle for S/4HANA will be recommended.

nUnderstanding of other integrated areas of SAP IS-U e.g. Billing & Invoicing and Customer Service (CS) is also expected.

n

nRoles and Responsibilities:

n• Support for S/4HANA Migration Project will be required.

n• Responsible for supporting End Users on work related to SAP IS U-FICA module.

n• Responsibilities would also include new configuration and mapping of new business requirement in SAP.

n• Implementation and enhancement of SAP IS-U FI-CA functionalities as per business requirements raised.

n• Interact closely with end-users to improve adoption and uncover opportunities for enhancements and innovations.
