Role Description The Sales Consultant role at Vitto The Italia is a full-time, in office position based in Delhi, India.

The Sales

Consultant will develop and manage relationships with distributors, retailers, and institutional buyers to drive sales of frozen Spring Rolls, burger patties, and other snacks.

Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, presenting product offerings, negotiating pricing and contracts, and meeting assigned sales targets. The role involves regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction,



resolve service or product-related issues, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

The Sales

Consultant will also collaborate with internal teams on promotions, inventory planning, and market intelligence to support overall business growth.

Qualifications

- Strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills to identify customer needs, propose solutions, and close deals.
- Proven focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to build long-term, trust-based relationships.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident presentation abilities.
- Experience in FMCG or food products sales, preferably in frozen or ready-to-eat categories.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, manage field visits, and travel within the region as required.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets and deadlines.
- Good understanding of local market dynamics, distribution channels, and retail operations.
- Must have 2-3 years of core experience in frozen snack category
